Clean sheets made me feel at home.
I encountered several issues that left me disappointed. The air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud, constantly disrupting my sleep. Saturday morning there was no hot water, leaving me unable to shower, and I had to wait until later in the day for the hot water to return. The surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe, culminating in an unsettling encounter with an unhoused individual shouting obscenities nearby, heightening my discomfort.

Comfort in an unconventional setting
I was actually surprised by the comfortable bed and the decent appliances. The fridge was particularly handy after a long day. Staff were helpful when needed.
The cleanliness of the community showers left much to be desired and could really benefit from more frequent maintenance. The noise levels in the evening disrupted my stay.

The turquoise exterior adds a charming touch to this budget accommodation. The comfortable bed and decent appliances, including a half-size fridge, were practical. On the downside, the neighborhood feels rough and could create wariness regarding safety, and the air conditioning unit was quite loud at night, disrupting some sleep. The hospitality was notable, but it could use some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

The spacious double room at La Unica was a cozy retreat with a private entrance, comfortable beds, and a flat-screen TV. As a business traveler, I appreciated the desk and air-conditioning for a productive stay.
The shared community showers might not suit all guests' preferences, but they didn't bother me.
